Hi, I am a Female, 40years old Guyanese national and I want to visit Paris for 10days on tourist purpose. One of my friends (from Grenada, Grenada national) is visiting Paris on invitation from a company in Paris. He goes to Paris every year on 30 day visa. This year also, he is going for 10days. I want to go along with him to see Paris. I have a good bank balance and own my own business [a small grocery shop] in Guyana. I am single. He is married, but living separately for 10years, as his wife is bad. My question is : Can I mention his name in my visa application ? If I mention his name, will it cause any harm to him? He is mentioning in his visa application that he is married and his wife details etc. Can I qualify on myself to get visa and travel with him? Is it a good idea to get an invitation letter from my friend supporting my travel, and stay? If I get such letter, then I have to mention his name. Will it cause any problem? Will immigration officials disclose this information to his boss or to his wife? Thanks in advance. I do not have a credit now. I have about US$ 5,000 balance in my accounts. Is that ok for 10 days trips? or do you advise me to put some more in this? 3,000 US dollars is the estimate per person for this trip. Thanks GaryKung: I do not have a credit card now.
